Compensation & Benefits

Annual Compensation Potential: $50,000 to $300,000

What You'll Do

• Sell new boats, luxury yachts, preowned inventory, and brokerage listings.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate new business through prospecting, calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including trade opportunities.
• Represent Strong's Marine at major boat shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with our sales and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in marine, luxury automotive, real estate, or another high value sales industry
• Proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Confidence in prospecting, cold calling, and customer outreach
• Excellent written communication and professional email skills
• Self motivated, ambitious, and goal oriented
• A passion for boating or a willingness to learn the marine industry
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional industry events
