Machine Maintenance Technician

Branch Medical Group seeks a Maintenance Technician to manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure at their Pennsylvania manufacturing plant. The role supports safe, peak operational performance in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment drawing updates and manage vendor relationships for documentation
- Diagnose, repair, and test malfunctioning machinery; replace mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
- Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on flexible CNC machines, mill turn centers, and facility systems
- Execute lockout/tag out procedures and routine equipment inspections for safe operation
- Maintain maintenance records, track repairs, and order spare parts and equipment
Requirements
- 4+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial equipment
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines, mill turn centers, and metal cutting technology
- Familiarity with Fanuc and Mitsubishi Control-operated machinery
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing expertise
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
