No Patients Per Shift: 2-3 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in IN only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60 Call Ratio/Schedule: NO CALL; just weekday coverage (probably Endo/GI suite coverage) IN Licensed & LOCAL candidates only. Shift: M-F 8am-5pm Types of Cases: everything; no open hearts.
