Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting an OB/GYN group of board-certified OB/GYN physicians, adding another OB/GYN to their practice located in Ruidoso, New Mexico. This community offers a rare blend of small-town charm, mountain scenery, and true work/life balance.
Opportunity Details:
- With endless outdoor recreation, a welcoming community, and a lower cost of living, it?s an ideal place to put down roots ? or simply slow down and enjoy life more fully
- Approximately 15?20 deliveries per month
- A flexible schedule with a weekly mix of clinic and OR time, with 10?12 OR cases per week
- Your call schedule will be a light 1:3 with a lot of hospital support
- $350,000 base plus bonus to earn over $400,000
- Comprehensive benefits package that includes a 2-year salary guarantee, relocation assistance, bonus incentives, CME allowance, generous sign-on bonus, and much more!

Ruidoso, New Mexico is a mountain resort village located in the south-central part of the state within Lincoln County and set in the Sierra Blanca mountain range. The nearby Ski Apache resort offers runs of varying difficulty and a terrain park. To the southwest, Lincoln National Forest has trails and waterfalls. Living in Ruidoso, NM offers a perfect blend of high-altitude mountain living and accessible town amenities. Known for its pristine alpine scenery, cool summer breezes, and four distinct seasons, the village lets you escape the stifling heat of the surrounding desert while remaining closely connected to the Lincoln National Forest
