This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ultrasound professionals seeking a rewarding assignment at a top-tier facility.Quick Facts:Location: Wilmington, NCStart Date: 08/19/2026End Date: 11/18/2026Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Monday – Friday)Hours/Week: 40 hoursEmployment Type: Temp/Travel assignmentLicensure/Certifications: ARDMS OB/GYN, BLS requiredExperience: Minimum of 2 years in Ultrasound, with Maternal Fetal experience preferredPay & Benefits:Pay Rate: $52.06/hourBenefits include:Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Paid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursementsRobust referral bonus program24/7 dedicated support teamWhat You'll Do:Perform advanced obstetric and maternal-fetal ultrasounds including level 2 detailed anatomies, early anatomies, growth scans, BPP, dopplers, NT, TV, fetal echo (plus optional)Conduct perinatal scanning for high-risk pregnancies involving patients with chronic hypertension, GDM, growth restrictions, and abnormalitiesUtilize GE ultrasound equipment and EPIC system for imaging and documentationAssist with fetal anatomical surveys, placental assessments, and complex doppler studiesSupport outpatient imaging procedures, including specialized fetal health assessmentsMaintain high patient care standards, demonstrating compassion and technical skill in a fast-paced environmentWhat You Need:Valid ARDMS OB/GYN certification and BLS certificationMinimum 2 years of ultrasound experience, specifically with high-risk obstetric imagingProficiency with GE ultrasound equipment and EPIC systemStrong knowledge of fetal anatomy, dopplers, NT, and advanced obstetric proceduresPreferred: experience with portable ultrasound, amniocentesis, renal/pelvic scans, small parts ultrasound, and related proceduresAbout the Assignment:This position involves performing ultrasound procedures in a high-level maternity unit specializing in perinatal imaging for high-risk pregnancies. The unit performs all level-two detailed anatomies, growth assessments, and fetal evaluations.
