Responsibilities Architect and ship production features across four integrated products using TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Build sophisticated AI workflows for exemplar writing, evidence organization, and automated document retrieval for ANCC designations. Implement critical enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML, role-based access controls, and complex HRIS integrations for multi-unit hospital structures. Qualifications Strong professional experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js in high-scale, production-grade SaaS environments. Proven ability to design backend systems for multi-tenant, workflow-heavy applications and handle complex data modeling.
