They will be part of the maintenance staff, maintaining records, keeping Woodward's renowned facilities operating at a high level. A Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks across the property ensuring the campus remains clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for our guests. You will work and play in the same innovative environments as professional and Olympic athletes.Discounts on food, retail and gear.Career Development and growth opportunities here and at our facilities across the globe.A connection with people who share the same passions and embrace each other’s unique and individual styles.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOperate power driven street equipmentOperate heavy equipment (Skid Steer, Lawn Tractors)Operate vehicles including: pick-up trucks and Kubota Side by Side and trailerClean, maintain tools and mechanical equipmentLoad, unload, transport parts, materials and equipmentPick up trashRespond to emergency callsPerform painting duties, sand, caulk, prime and paintPerform groundskeeping tasks such as: weed eating, mowing grass, and landscapingOperate a pressure washerPerform snow removalAssist with equipment repairPerform an array of plumbing, electrical and carpentry workRepair vandalismOperate spray unitsPut up and remove seasonal awningsRepair and patch concrete and asphalt around campusPerform seal coating on asphalt roadwaysApply concrete sealantManage projects and a crewPut on ramp stickers around campusInstall and repair or replace light fixtures, ballasts, switches, and outletsOperate small hand and power toolsOperate a variety of air toolsAssume custodian's dutiesAssist with guest requests and needs in a timely mannerConduct routine maintenance and safety facility inspectionsOther duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES+/- 10 EmployeesKEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESAbility to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team.Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same timeStrong interpersonal skills.
