Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment Perform routine maintenance on Residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customers Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills Educate customers on proper system operation and energy-saving tips to maximize efficiency Attend periodic company or manufacturer training Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Manual dexterity and physical stamina.
