We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Agricultural Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people, solving challenges, and turning opportunities into successful projects. If you're equally comfortable walking a farm, meeting with business owners, and collaborating with project teams, this could be the career you've been waiting for.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and build strong relationships with farmers, agricultural producers, and industry partners
• Help customers turn ideas and needs into successful building projects
• Guide clients through the construction process from concept to completion
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, designers, and construction teams to deliver exceptional results
• Attend trade shows, expos, and agricultural events to expand your network and uncover new opportunities
• Visit project sites and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the building process
• Assist customers with planning, permitting, approvals, and site development discussions
• Stay connected with past clients and help identify future expansion and improvement opportunities

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Passion for agriculture and serving the farming community
• Dairy, agricultural, or farming experience is highly valued
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with excellent organization and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to have honest, productive conversations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel throughout the region and attend industry events
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License

Education & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, agriculture, construction, or a related field preferred
• Associate degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial, but we value experience, work ethic, and ambition just as much
