The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling moving services and reaching departmental sales goals. The OSR will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales, and communication skills. This individual will follow up on pre-generated leads and prospect calls. They will be involved in the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers to close sales. Administrative duties such as handling inbound and outbound phone calls and setting appointments as needed.

Benefits include earning 7-9% commissions with no cap, offering a minimum pay with commissions draw, ability to work remotely, learn how to target and capture potential clients using the MLS, learn useful networking skills, earn recurring commissions on recurring clients, learn local and federal Government contracting, work with a helpful team to learn and close fast making you money, warm leads provided to you, between 5 - 30 leads per day, proven systems to sell $1,000,000+ per year, paid training, and flexible hours.

Tasks and responsibilities include following up on pre-generated prospects and sale leads by providing service information and virtual moving service assessments, performing in-home estimates when necessary, handling inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and converting them into sales, identifying decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sale process and eventually close on the leads, collaborating with the Sales Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches, and acting as a key liaison between the lead-generating personnel and the strategic sales leaders, maintaining and expanding the company's database of prospects, making outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail to cross-sell and up-sell services, emphasizing service features and benefits, overcoming objections of prospective customers, and providing a customer-satisfaction-oriented service.

Required skills and abilities include the drive and personality to sell and provide the highest quality service to their clients, with an added focus on customer satisfaction. Although not necessary, an ideal applicant will have 1-3 years of sales experience and a four-year degree. Sales leads are pre-generated and the OSR will not be required to cold-call prospective customers but cold-calling and personal introductions can be a potential additional revenue stream for our OSR to consider.
