Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Deliver therapy to help patients improve independence in daily living skills
- Document patient services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in line with practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for the best patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all safety, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
- Active Florida OT license or the ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- A passion for helping others regain independence and quality of life
Education
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
