Loader/Outbound Dock Associate (6pm Start, $23.50)

Loader/Outbound Dock Associate Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00pm-2:30am. Starting Rate: $23.50 PLUS Monthly Incentive Bonus. Responsibilities Safely operate a dock stocker to load outbound customer orders. Use RF technology to pick, sort, scan, and ship orders. Wrap, sort, load, and transport pallets and packages. Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flow of goods. Clean the workspace as you go and assist in keeping the facility clean, safe, and accident‑free. Adhere to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 0-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred, but not required. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic. High attention to detail. Self‑starter with ability to learn our systems quickly. Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices. Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
