Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Obtain and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as assigned. Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff. Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Assist with meal service and nutritional needs as appropriate. Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity. Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures. Document care provided accurately and timely. Requirements: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of New Jersey. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
