OBGYN Laborist Opportunity

Bryan Physician Network - Bryan Health Position Overview Bryan Physician Network, a division of Bryan Health, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OBGYN Laborist to join our obstetrics and gynecology team at Bryan Women's Care Physicians. This position involves working 7- 24 hours shifts/month to provide comprehensive obstetric care and emergency services. Schedule Requirements 7 - 24hr shifts per month Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric care including labor and delivery management Perform emergency cesarean sections and other urgent obstetric procedures Manage high-risk pregnancies and obstetric complications Provide consultation services to emergency department for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies Collaborate with nursing staff, anesthesia, and other medical specialists Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives Provide patient and family education and counseling Respond to obstetric emergencies and trauma cases Support resident and medical student education when applicable Advanced Clinical Capabilities Level III NICU - Full-service neonatal intensive care unit for high-risk and critically ill newborns Da Vinci XI Robotic Platform - Advanced robotic surgical system for minimally invasive gynecologic procedures Experienced Nursing and Support Staff - Experienced obstetric nurses and clinical support team with extensive expertise State-of-the-Art Labor and Delivery Suites - Modern facilities designed for optimal patient care and safety 24/7 Anesthesia Coverage - Dedicated obstetric anesthesia services available around the clock Comprehensive Maternal-Fetal Medicine Services - High-risk pregnancy management and consultation Advanced Diagnostic Imaging - Complete ultrasound and diagnostic capabilities Electronic Health Records - EPIC Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid medical license in Nebraska (or ability to obtain) DEA registration ACLS and NRP certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Completion of accredited OBGYN residency program Ability to work extended shifts including overnight and weekend hours Strong clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits Package Base Compensation: -$315K Base - Extra shifts are: $1600/night, $2600 for a 24-hour weekend shift, and $2950 for a 24-hour holiday shift.
