As our  Concierge , you'll be more than just a point of contact – you'll be a key orchestrator of comfort, convenience, and connection within our elegant senior living environment at the prestigious Embassy.

Your Day-to-Day Will Be Filled With:

• Creating a Grand Entrance: Greet residents and visitors with genuine warmth, a welcoming smile, and professional courtesy, setting the tone for a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Your Expertise, Their Guide: Serve as the go-to resource for community information, directions, local attractions, events, and services, confidently and accurately responding to inquiries in person, via phone, and email.
• Making Life Easier: Assist residents with a variety of requests, including scheduling transportation, making reservations, coordinating deliveries, and managing service requests with efficiency and a helpful attitude.
• Supporting a Vibrant Community: Play an active role in supporting community events and activities, ensuring smooth execution and fostering a lively and engaging atmosphere.
• Turning Challenges into Opportunities: Proactively address concerns and resolve issues with a resourceful and solution-oriented approach, showcasing your exceptional service skills.
• The Hub of Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external service providers.
• Ensuring a Secure Welcome: Manage visitor access and maintain a secure and welcoming environment in accordance with community protocols.
• Tech-Savvy Support: Utilize our communication systems and software to efficiently manage resident requests and information.

What You'll Bring to Our Embassy Community:

• A naturally warm, friendly, and approachable personality that makes everyone feel instantly comfortable and valued.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – you're a confident and articulate communicator.
• Proven experience in a customer service, hospitality, or concierge role (preferred).
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
• A genuine desire to serve and enhance the lives of our residents.
• Professionalism, a polished appearance, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of the schedule.

Your Full-Time Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes every other weekend , with shifts of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM . Flexibility is important, as there may be occasional requests to cover the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM overnight shift as needed.
