This position requires a shift from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description

The Oncology Registered Nurse will provide specialized care for patients undergoing chemotherapy treatments. This role requires a deep understanding of chemotherapy protocols and the ability to administer treatments safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and other oncology-related treatments as per established protocols.
• Monitor patient responses to chemotherapy and provide necessary interventions.
• Educate patients and their families about chemotherapy, side effects, and care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Chemo Certification from Oncology Nursing Society or equivalent.
• Experience in oncology nursing preferred.
