I opened my agency in 2026 after spending many years in the finance industry. While I enjoyed finance, I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to work directly with individuals and families, build lasting relationships, and make a meaningful impact in my community. I graduated from the University of Nebraska and have been married to my wife, Lydia, for over a decade. We have two young children and enjoy spending time outdoors, running, hiking, participating in local races, and staying active as a family. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Associate for Nick Hochstein - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
