The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City is seeking a Program Director to oversee the delivery of programs across all areas. You will plan, develop, implement and supervise staff and activities, ensuring engaging experiences for members ages 5 to 18 and strong partnerships with parents and the community. Working with the Unit Director, you will coordinate program staff, lead meetings, mentor volunteers, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure safety and quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boys-
