Description:

Our Team Members are key to ensuring America runs on Dunkin, by delivering great Guest experiences and ensuring they return for more! With your dedication to our Guests, your strong personal values, and your passion for quality products, you have the characteristics to start a successful career at one of Metro Franchising's Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops.

Position Requirements:

We are looking for Part-Time Team Members that will who will work the Morning Opening Shift starting at 4am, and who will:

• Treat Guests as their #1 Priority respond to Guest needs and resolve problems with sense of urgency
• Be a Team Player communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, support your fellow Team Members
• Prepare products according to Metro's Operational standards, Quality standards and Safety standards
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas
• Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems
• Comply with all Metro's policies & procedures
• Show enthusiasm for our Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro!
