The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the facility. Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices according to facility standards. Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and organized. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor. Assist with laundry tasks as needed. Adhere to infection control and safety procedures. Support overall housekeeping operations and assist team members as needed. Requirements: Must be able to read, write, and speak English . Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not required. Ability to follow directions and work independently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively. Must be able to work every other weekend .
