Through your depth of knowledge, ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers, and passion, your contributions will empower our success. You will act as an internal consultant across various teams such as Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure we are designing, selling, and deploying optimal solutions to ensure that Frontier deepens our value proposition for multifamily owners and operators nationwide.ResponsibilitiesBecome a subject matter expert of Frontier’s multifamily solutionsAssist consultative sales efforts by developing and delivering thoughtful and convincing technical communications and presentations to prospective multifamily clientsIdentify key customer business issues and determine customer desired outcomesDraft and review technical documentation such as Wi-Fi heat maps, wiring diagrams, and floor plans/blueprints to solidify the right designsPartner with local engineering, project leads, field operations, and outside vendors to ensure successful post-sales implementation and on-time activation of fiber services to our customersAct as a primary technical liaison with clients to solve problems and complete on-site community visits and walkthroughs as necessary to drive new business and ensure client satisfactionQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required5+ years’ experience in telecommunications and network infrastructure designExperienced in TCP/IP networking, managed Wi-Fi, IPv4 and 6, LAN/WLAN, and security designKnowledge of the multifamily marketplace, and documented track record of success working withMDU Owners, Operators, and DevelopersKnowledge of fiber-based telecommunications services, especially GPONProven track record of requirements assessment and solutions development successStrong ability to multitask and manage/navigate multiple projects at onceMust possess a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving recordWillingness to travel up to 35%CCNA or similar certifications a plusSalesforce or similar CRM experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Frontier Communications Corporation
