Branch Manager II

Job Summary Pay Range: $63,925.00 – $85,250.00 Oversees a Tier II or Tier III branch. Acts as a leader and role model for exceptional customer service, promotes banking products and services, and drives profitability, growth, and successful operation of the branch. Conducts outside business calls to cultivate and develop new business, supports initiatives of other bank business partners, and delivers superior quality customer experience. Qualifications 4‑year college degree or equivalent experience in retail banking or financial services. Prior sales management experience required. Business development and outside business sales experience required. Excellent listening and communication skills. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer‑relation skills. Ability to function in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Leadership and management experience. Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment. Driver’s license required; reliable transportation required. Travel less than 50% of the time. NMLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire. Responsibilities 40% Builds a motivated and high‑performing branch team through effective recruitment, training, and development of staff. Conducts annual reviews, establishes individual goals, and proposes salary recommendations to the Market Manager. 30% Provides services to customers, including account opening, loan application processing, and referral of inquiries to appropriate service partners. 10% Represents the bank in community civic and community organizations. 5% Maintains integrity and compliance within the branch in accordance with audit and branch operations policies. 10% Decides on loans and resolves customer complaints using sound judgment within established guidelines. 5% Other duties assigned as necessary. Physical Requirements Communicates effectively with internal and external customers. Stationary 50% of the time.
