Registered Nurse - Med/Surg
Are you a compassionate and skilled registered nurse looking to make a difference in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment? We are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our regional healthcare system
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional patient care using the nursing process : assessing patient needs, creating personalized care plans, implementing those plans, and evaluating patient progress.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments safely and on time.
- Educate patients and their families about their care.
- Respond to patient needs promptly and professionally.
- Help orient and train new staff and nursing students.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Licensure to be eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse in the State of Wisconsin and/or the State of Illinois based on job location assignment.
- Current BLS and/or CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it within 6 weeks of hire).
- Entry-level experience is welcome!

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to act quickly and calmly in emergencies.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.
- A solid understanding of the Wisconsin Nurse Practices Act.
