Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Are you a compassionate and skilled registered nurse looking to make a difference in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment? We are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our regional healthcare system

In this role, you will:

Provide exceptional patient care using the nursing process : assessing patient needs, creating personalized care plans, implementing those plans, and evaluating patient progress.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Administer medications, IVs, and treatments safely and on time.
Educate patients and their families about their care.
Respond to patient needs promptly and professionally.
Help orient and train new staff and nursing students.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Nursing.
Licensure to be eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse in the State of Wisconsin and/or the State of Illinois based on job location assignment.
Current BLS and/or CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it within 6 weeks of hire).
Entry-level experience is welcome!

Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication and leadership skills.
The ability to act quickly and calmly in emergencies.
A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.
A solid understanding of the Wisconsin Nurse Practices Act.
