About the Role:
Westshore Mechanical is looking for an experienced Lead Residential & Commercial HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Spring Lake, MI. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of installations from start to finish while mentoring a skilled crew. Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee full HVAC system installations in residential and light commercial settings
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications
Mentor and guide junior installers and apprentices on job sites
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate job completion
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial clients on-site

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
Prior lead or supervisory experience on installation crews preferred
EPA 608 Certification required
Strong knowledge of ductwork fabrication, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections
Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
