Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Valid Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
• Experience with elementary-aged pediatric caseloads in school settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and virtual service models a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs
• Maintain thorough records of student progress and communicate results to families and staff
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving for student success
• Provide both in-person and potential teletherapy services to meet student needs
• Educate classroom staff and families on strategies to support children's communication goals
