We also prioritize our relationships with local farmers and producers, and actively contribute to our community.The Assistant Prepared Foods Manager BOH is responsible for the operations of the Cafe, from product quality and consistency, purchasing of ingredients and supplies and managing inventory and safe storage/rotation of products. Together with the Deli/Prepared Foods Manager, they create a cohesive BOH Leadership team that supports the HL Mission.In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside your team to create fresh, high-quality food, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and deliver an exceptional experience every day.
