Job Summary
Operating Room Nurse, OR Location: (Location not specified). This role involves providing advanced perioperative nursing care within the operating room setting. The position requires a dedicated professional with experience in robotics, orthopedic, and urology surgeries, supporting surgical teams through scrubbing and circulating duties. The nurse will ensure adherence to aseptic techniques, prepare the operative environment, and coordinate intraoperative patient care.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Must have at least 2 years of perioperative nursing experience, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required. Robotics, orthopedics, and urology experience are necessary; additional OR specialties are preferred. Must live 100 miles away from the facility.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 11/09/2026 and ending on 02/06/2027. Call required 4-5 times per month, including a weekend day, with 24-hour weekday call days from 1700 to 0630, and 30-minute callback time.
• Responsibilities: Prepare the operating room for procedures, assemble and verify equipment and supplies, serve as a communication liaison with patients and team members, and coordinate intraoperative care. Adheres to standards and aseptic techniques throughout all operative procedures.
