Produce Associate

Job Title
Position Summary: As a member of our produce team, you'll ensure the availability, cleanliness, and freshness of the produce that members and their families eat. You will be in the front-lines of customer service, making a difference by enhancing the member's shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner
- Maintain inventory to prevent out of stock and over-stock products
What You'll Do:
- Be a team member by collaborating with cross functional teams and helping educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Be an expert by understanding the processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise
- Be a techie by leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Be an owner by driving the performance of the area and ensuring quality and date control standards
- Be a talent ambassador by valuing the member's experience and modeling high quality service and products
