Team Member – Popeyes Popeyes® is not like most fast‑food chains. Popeyes is looking for Team Members who have the skills and behaviors to create memorable experiences for our guests. A Team member is passionate about providing guests with the best experience possible. Must be able to follow basic hospitality: Smile, make eye contact, greet the guest, repeat the order, and thank the guest. Team Member Responsibilities Act with integrity and honesty. Promote the culture of Popeyes. Prompt and regular attendance on shifts. Unload and stock inventory items as needed. Prepare and package food and drink products. Maintain health and safety standards in work areas. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items. Great guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments. Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, dining room, restroom, and exterior. Check food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve. Team Member Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Friendly, positive and team focused. Willing to learn and work multiple stations. Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Enjoys working with people and serving quality food. Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Demands Stand for extended periods during shifts. Follow proper lifting and safety procedures. Bend, reach, and pick up supplies or trash as needed. Carry products, boxes, and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds. Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds frequently.
