This is a full-time, W2 position with guaranteed hours, a consistent weekday schedule, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Job Overview As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CarePath Injury Centers, you will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists and medical providers to deliver high-quality rehabilitation care to patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and personal injuries. Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $2,000–$5,000 (paid during first 90 days) Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 Schedule: Monday–Friday, No weekends PTO/Sick Package Healthcare Allowance Responsibilities Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist patients with rehabilitation programs and injury recovery Accurately document treatments and patient progress Educate patients on exercises and treatment plans Collaborate with Physical Therapists and medical providers Maintain compliance with all clinical and documentation standards Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (required) Strong communication and documentation skills Orthopedic, outpatient, or injury-based experience preferred New graduates encouraged to apply Why Work at CarePath Injury Centers?
