Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Lakewood, IL 60014

Schedule

· Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

· Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

· Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

· Thursday: By appointment

· No weekends, holidays, nights, or on-call requirements

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a growing dental team. Both experienced professionals and new graduates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional preventive dental care in a supportive clinical environment.

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and preventive treatments

• Conduct dental cleanings, scaling, root planning, and periodontal maintenance

• Take and review dental radiographs as required

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

• Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

• Follow all infection control and safety protocols

• Work with patients of all ages and demographics

• Contribute toward daily production goals while maintaining excellent patient care

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• 2+ years of dental hygiene experience

• Air polishing certification

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
