Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Lakewood, IL 60014
Schedule
· Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
· Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
· Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
· Thursday: By appointment
· No weekends, holidays, nights, or on-call requirements
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a growing dental team. Both experienced professionals and new graduates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional preventive dental care in a supportive clinical environment.
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and preventive treatments
Conduct dental cleanings, scaling, root planning, and periodontal maintenance
Take and review dental radiographs as required
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Work with patients of all ages and demographics
Contribute toward daily production goals while maintaining excellent patient care
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Strong communication and patient care skills
2+ years of dental hygiene experience
Air polishing certification
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
