Wingstop is now looking for Shift Leaders! Candidates with Wingstop Leadership experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Competitive pay depending on experience and performance on the job. Shift leaders also qualify for monthly performance bonuses.

Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in a Leadership Role – Wingstop Leadership is a PLUS!
- Food Manager Certification (required)
- TABC Certification (required)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Able to work all shifts - including weekends and nights (required)
- Non-Slip Black Shoes (required)
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply, but this skill is not required.
We are a small growing business with 8 Wingstop locations and 5 Jersey Mike's with plans to grow more locations. We are looking for honest, energetic, and highly motivated leaders who enjoy providing guests with great hospitality as well creating a positive and respectful work culture.
