Details:
- Salary Range - Will be discussed upon offer based on experience - 150k-175k
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years management experience
- Minimum of 4 years in BH, Critical Care, ED, or ICU
- Masters required
- Manage daily nursing operations, staffing, and productivity
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Lead hiring, training, performance, and staff accountability
- Monitor census/acuity and adjust resources
- Oversee quality, safety, infection control, and incident management
- Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Manage budgets, supplies, and clinical documentation
- Support surveys, audits, and strategic planning
