Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for Chief Nurse Officer

Details:

Salary Range - Will be discussed upon offer based on experience - 150k-175k

Shift/Hours: Variable
Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years management experience

Minimum of 4 years in BH, Critical Care, ED, or ICU

Masters required

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily nursing operations, staffing, and productivity

Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance

Lead hiring, training, performance, and staff accountability

Monitor census/acuity and adjust resources

Oversee quality, safety, infection control, and incident management

Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams

Manage budgets, supplies, and clinical documentation

Support surveys, audits, and strategic planning
