Remote Sales Closer | AI Workshops & Business Solutions Ease & Empire | Remote | Commission-only You focus on selling. We handle the build, training and delivery. This is a full-cycle sales role covering cold outreach, follow-up and closing across AI workshops, websites and custom business solutions. Commission-only, with prospect lists provided. Ease & Empire helps business owners and corporate teams improve how they work through custom AI tools, websites and hands-on AI Workflow Labs. We're looking for someone who can start conversations, understand a business's needs and turn the right opportunities into sales. You'll sell across our approved services, rather than being limited to one product. What you’ll sell: AI Workflow Labs: hands-on workshops that help marketing teams turn recurring tasks into repeatable AI-assisted workflows. Websites: websites for small businesses, with larger projects priced according to scope. Custom business solutions: AI tools and workflows for needs such as inquiry follow-up, client onboarding and lead tracking. What you’ll do: Call prospective clients and identify where our services could help. Explain the relevant offer and answer questions clearly. Follow up with interested prospects and guide opportunities toward a sale. Keep accurate prospect notes and coordinate a clear handover after closing. Work with the founder on custom scope and pricing before making commitments to clients. What we provide: Prospect lists to support outreach. Our current prospects are cold leads, not inbound inquiries or pre-booked appointments. Founder support for service fit, custom scoping and pricing. Website builds, workshop delivery and implementation, so you can focus on sales. Sales scripts to get you started right away. Compensation: This is a commission-only opportunity with no base salary. You'll earn 10% on services you sell. Examples: Larger projects and increases in service pricing mean higher commission amounts at the same 10% rate. These examples illustrate the calculation, not guaranteed earnings. Who we’re looking for: Experience selling services to business owners or team decision-makers. Confidence initiating cold conversations, following up and closing. Clear communication, organized prospect management and consistent follow-through. Curiosity about AI and the ability to explain business value without technical jargon. You don't need to build the solutions yourself.
