Want a Job Where You Can Actually Make a Difference?

If you’re great with kids, bring positive energy, and want a career where your work matters, Autism 360 wants to meet you!

We’re hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one‑on‑one with children with autism and help them build skills they’ll use every day.

Never worked in ABA before? That’s okay! We provide paid training, hands‑on support, and coaching to help you learn and grow.

If you’re dependable, patient, energetic, and ready to learn, we can teach you the rest!

What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be part teacher, coach, cheerleader, play partner, and skill-builder.

Working one‑on‑one with children and under the guidance of a BCBA, you’ll:

• Provide engaging, one‑on‑one ABA therapy

• Help children develop communication and social skills

• Build independence with everyday routines and activities

• Use play and activities to work toward individualized goals

• Track progress using electronic data systems

• Work closely with BCBAs and your Autism 360 team

• Celebrate the small wins that lead to BIG milestones

This is an active, hands‑on job. Some days you may be playing on the floor, running around, singing songs, practicing life skills, or helping a child learn a brand‑new way to communicate.

Why Autism 360?

We want you to find more than your next job—we want you to have the opportunity to build a career.

You Could Be a Great Fit If You…

• Genuinely enjoy working with children

• Bring energy, patience, and a positive attitude

• Are dependable and show up ready to work

• Are coachable and open to learning new skills

• Enjoy being part of a team

• Want a job with opportunities to learn and grow

Experience in childcare, daycare, education, special education, healthcare, behavioral health, camps, coaching, or working with children with special needs is a plus—but ABA experience is not required.

What You’ll Need

A high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation are required. Candidates must also be able to complete required background and employment screenings.

Because this is an active role working directly with children, you’ll need to be comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, walking, running when needed, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Start a Career That Means Something

Whether you’re interested in psychology, education, special education, social work, child development, occupational therapy, speech therapy, healthcare, or ABA—or you simply know you’re great with kids—this could be the start of something meaningful.

You don’t have to know everything on day one.

Bring your energy. Bring your compassion. Bring your willingness to learn. We’ll help with the rest.

Come learn. Come grow. Come make a difference.
