Fire Sprinkler Service Technician

Position Summary As a Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the proper service, repair, and installation of fire sprinkler systems and other fire protection equipment at assigned job sites. Your responsibilities will include conducting on‑site service calls, troubleshooting repairs efficiently, preparing accurate service tickets and reports, and upholding a high standard of customer service and communication. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Strong understanding of materials, tools, equipment, and installation procedures. Working knowledge of NFPA Standards. Minimum of 3 years of service experience (4-6) years preferred).
