Salary: $50,000–$83,500 per year, based on license and qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Therapist to provide behavioral health and substance use treatment to individuals experiencing addiction and/or mental health challenges.

The Clinical Therapist will provide individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and care coordination while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and protecting client confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling within the scope of practice.
• Provide case management and crisis intervention services.
• Develop crisis/safety plans, treatment plans, service notes, transition plans, and discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with billing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify community resources and make appropriate client referrals.
• Coordinate case management or CPST services when medically necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community providers.
• Support clients in developing natural support systems and positive community connections.
• Use person-centered, strength-based, culturally sensitive, and recovery-oriented approaches.
• Encourage participation in wellness and recovery planning.
• Promote positive social engagement and recovery-focused interventions.
• Respond to clinical and community-provider inquiries within required timeframes.
• Participate in program development and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Active Ohio license/credential such as:

  • LPC
  • LPCC
  • LSW
  • LISW
  • LICDC
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Experience working with individuals facing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
• Must successfully pass BCI background check, corporate compliance checks, and pre-employment drug screening.

Compensation

Salary is based on licensure and qualifications:
