Competitive Base Salary Opportunity to manage multiple high-profile commercial construction projects Exposure to a variety of clients, architects, and specialty trades Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, commuter benefits, and gym subsidy Job Details Lead all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction planning through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Manage project schedules, budgets, cost controls, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and client billings Oversee project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Project Administrators while fostering collaboration and accountability Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience Strong estimating, budgeting, cost analysis, scheduling, and contract administration skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project scheduling software (MS Project and/or Primavera), estimating software, and construction management tools Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
