About The Position:


The State University of New York College at Plattsburgh is seeking qualified applicants to serve as a per diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the Student Health and Counseling Center. The Center is an integral part of the college community, providing both clinical and educational health services. This position will be a member of a team of health care professionals that provides direct health care services to college students.

The vita bank exists to provide a pool of candidates who might be available to fill anticipated positions as needed.

Required Qualifications:


National certification and NYS licensure as a P.A. or N.P. is required. A background in adolescent medicine, family practice, general medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics; previous experience in providing health care to a college-age population; and strong interpersonal skills will be highly regarded.
