Job Title: Solutions Service Specialist
Pay: 25 per hour plus mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

Visit customer locations in harlingen, TX and surroundings to manage inventory and maintain stock levels
Receive, unpack, and put away products at designated customer sites
Replenish vending machines and inventory management solutions
Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on inventory equipment
Use mobile applications and routing software to track daily activities and service visits
Support inventory growth opportunities and help drive customer retention
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.

What's Needed?

Experience in Customer Service, Outside Sales, Telesales, Storeroom Operations, or Inventory Management
Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Microsoft 365 proficiency and basic computer skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and travel frequently
Mechanical aptitude and inventory management experience are a plus
