Human Resources Student Assistant (Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier) Location: UNG - Gainesville Regular/Temporary: Temporary Full/Part Time: Part-Time Job ID: 299638 Job Summary The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier. The candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department by managing employee records, recruitment coordination, and general office duties. Specific duties include maintaining employee databases, assisting with employee onboarding and training, and supporting recruitment efforts and job fairs. Responsibilities Able to handle administrative tasks related to new hires, employment documentation, onboarding, backgrounds, references, trainings, orientations, etc. Maintain employee records, training and compliance records, and databases. Assist in recruitment efforts and job fairs. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Prefer Business Administration or Human Resources majors. Minimum of 10 hours of work per week is preferable. Required Qualifications Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
