Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $21 - $21 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Cook:

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

• Support dietary staff in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

• Help with menu planning and dietary needs assessments

• Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal times

• Assist with inventory management of food supplies

• Collaborate with nursing staff to meet residents' dietary requirements

• Participate in training and development opportunities as needed

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), Weekends

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in a similar role is preferred

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Experience in food preparation and handling is essential

• Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus

• Food Service Certification required

• Background check and drug test required
