Job Overview A law firm seeks a dynamic Employment Class Action Attorney in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers the opportunity to represent victims of wage theft in class action cases, focusing on unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, and unreimbursed expenses. The position provides exposure to state and federal litigation against various companies, with significant opportunities for professional growth. Duties Provide legal counsel and draft legal documents. Take and defend depositions. Advocate for clients in and out of the courtroom. Manage cases under senior attorney supervision. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active member of the California State Bar in good standing. 1 to 4 years of experience in employment law, focusing on wage and hour class action cases. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Position is 100% in-person at the Los Angeles office. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Active California State Bar membership. Skills Strong legal research and writing abilities.
