- Proven Senior Project Manager / program manager .
- Must be on the West Coast + willing to be in Carlsbad Tues - Thurs (all day ). That might not be every week.
- Able to do the work, not just tell someone what to do
- Preferred ** Techno-Functional - who can talk to the BASIS team about what needs to happen in a landscape and also understands a business area.
- Preferred ** S/4 HANA 2021 or higher preferred
- MUST BE ** self-starter who doesn't wait for direction, someone who will make decisions.
- Must work well with other consultants.
- We don't want a pure PM. It has to be a pure PM plus techno-functional - lots of seasoning
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- *** Aerospace & Defense industry experience HIGHLY preferred.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical leads, and end-users.
- Ensure project milestones are met within agreed upon timelines and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, and monitor progress continuously.
- Address potential risks and issues, offering effective resolutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with business requirements and company standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Min. 10 years ' experience in SAP project management ,
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations .
- SAP certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SAP methodologies and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Travel required ** 3 days/week on-site the first 10 weeks
