A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior/Lead Platform Engineer

Position type: Full-time Contract (w2)
Role: Senior/Lead Platform Engineer
Duration: 18 months Contract
Location : Jersey City, NJ 07302 - Hybrid Work

Primary Skill Required for the Role: EKS/Kubernetes
Looking for Senior candidate with 9+ years of experience.
Other required Skills: Jenkins and Mulesoft and EKS/Kubernetes

Candidate may need to do 50% travel Onsite NY area at client site if needed

Details:
Environment provisioning, resource scaling, version upgrades (ex: Mule 4.6, Java 21, AMIs, Kubernetes, Elastic Search), cluster governance, security & access control, and cost optimization - across multiple environments and 20+ clusters.
Maintain consistent, secure configurations across environments using infrastructure-as-code and centralized tooling.
Modernize pipelines and toolchains to improve delivery speed, standardization, and quality across teams. Build self service tools


The ideal candidate will have: < EKS/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Mulesoft, Elastic Search, Cluster >

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $80 - $90/- per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
