Team members join a creative, fashion-forward environment that values individuality and artistic expression. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Stylist role based in Lake Buena Vista, FL. The Stylist will engage customers on the sales floor, providing personalized styling advice that reflects the Johnny Was aesthetic and supports each customer’s unique preferences and lifestyle. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending outfits and accessories, maintaining product presentation and store standards, and supporting fitting room experiences. The Stylist will process transactions, assist with inventory replenishment, and help execute in-store merchandising and visual displays. This team member will also contribute to store sales goals, build client relationships, and support a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment. Qualifications Customer service and clienteling skills, including the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide personalized styling guidance. Sales and retail experience in apparel or accessories, with comfort in meeting or exceeding individual and store performance goals. Visual merchandising and product presentation skills, with an eye for color, fit, proportion, and the Johnny Was brand aesthetic. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced setting. Ability to stand for extended periods, move garments and fixtures as needed, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in fashion styling, boutique retail, or luxury/specialty brands is preferred but not required.
