Field, Channel, and Alliances Marketing Manager

DescriptionAt Infinidat, a Lenovo company, we empower enterprises and service providers with cutting-edge storage platforms that redefine performance, reliability, and cyber resilience at scale.As the Field, Channel, and Alliances Marketing Manager at Infinidat, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring field marketing events, webinars, channel marketing programs, and marketing initiatives supporting technical alliances and U.S. Federal efforts.In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the global marketing team, sales, channel sales, technical alliances, and external vendors to deliver high-quality events, campaigns, and programs that strengthen Infinidat's brand, drive demand generation, and support the success of both Infinidat and its partners.We are looking for a high-energy, resourceful marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys turning ideas into impactful marketing initiatives.This position reports to the Senior Manager of Field, Channel, and Alliances Marketing.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain trusted partnerships and communication with internal sales, channel, and technical alliance teams.Partner closely with internal sales teams to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and programs that drive qualified lead generation, accelerate pipeline growth, and support revenue objectives, while ensuring alignment with the company's global marketing strategy and business goals.Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of channel marketing programs that strengthen partner engagement, expand market reach, and drive pipeline growth by collaborating closely with internal channel teams and channel partners.Collaborate closely with technical alliances leadership on joint marketing activities that drive revenue, increase engagement and generate demand through strategic alliance partnerships.Create and maintain channel and alliance marketing content, including partner-facing sales enablement materials, co-branded assets, and campaign collateral to support joint go-to-market activities.Measure, analyze and report on marketing event and program success via sales and marketing automation systems, delivering actionable insights and ROI recommendations on a weekly/monthly basis.Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues.Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, events and customer-facing engagements to strengthen brand awareness, generation top-of-funnel leads, and support deal progression.Monitor industry trends, competitive activity and market opportunities to identify areas of growth.Requirements5–7 years of proven B2B field and channel marketing experience in a global high-tech environment. Experience with Enterprise Storage systems or a storage software company is highly preferred.Fluency in English mandatory and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred.Strong experience in both field and channel marketing at a minimum with experience in technical alliance marketing and Federal marketing strongly desired.Strong, proven experience in Marketo, SFDC, 6Sense, Oktopost and other marketing AI automation packages.Self-starter and ability to work independently.Good project management & problem-solving skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Travel will be required from time-to-time.Annual salary range: $125K - $137K About InfinidatInfinidat’s enterprise storage portfolio provides global Fortune 500 enterprises and service providers with best-in-class solutions for primary storage, next-generation data protection, disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber resilience.
