Product Owner
Requirements gathering with business SMEs, architecture, and upstream/downstream partners Writing user stories and GWT acceptance criteria; running backlog refinement, sprint planning, and POAT Cross-team integration coordination (contract alignment, sequencing, dependencies) Stakeholder communications, roadmap updates, and prep of program artifacts (status slides, etc.) Program-support activities as they arise: defect triage, mock events, Production parallel testing (EPP Ignite/Amplify), consumer/producer check-ins, table tops, training materials, RUN team onboarding, and production readiness
What we're looking for in the person: 5+ years of PM/PO experience in a scaled agile environment (preferred) Comfort with data-, API-, or file-centric work able to reason about schemas, file layouts, and integration patterns without needing engineering to translate Track record of coordinating cross-team dependencies in a modernization or re-platforming program Financial services / transfer agency / mutual fund domain background strongly preferred (NSCC, FundServ, DTCC exposure a plus) Self-directed can absorb context on an in-flight program and start adding value within 23 sprints Strong communicator who flags risks early and keeps dependencies from going stale
