• Outpatient Medical Director opportunity within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center
• Leadership-focused role overseeing clinical operations, provider onboarding, and quality initiatives

• Ideal structure includes approximately 20 clinical hours weekly

• Outpatient-only environment COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $250,000 – $280,000+ depending on experience
• Productivity bonus structure: $87 per encounter paid annually
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 combined
• 70% employer-paid health insurance plus 75% of out-of-pocket expenses covered

• Lead and support multidisciplinary outpatient primary care team
• Supervise 3 Nurse Practitioners and collaborate with physician team members
• Oversee provider onboarding, clinical quality initiatives, and evidence-based care standards
• Participate in strategic planning and executive leadership meetings
• Maintain clinical practice responsibilities alongside administrative leadership duties
• Support compliance initiatives and operational performance improvement
• Participate in MAT-focused initiatives or obtain MAT certification if needed ENVIRONMENT

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Active Wisconsin medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Board Certified or Board Eligible REQUIRED
• Must become Board Certified within 1 year if Board Eligible
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience REQUIRED
• DEA license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Comfortable supervising Nurse Practitioners REQUIRED
• Leadership experience preferred but not required
• Commitment to underserved community health REQUIRED
• Willingness to participate in MAT-focused care initiatives REQUIRED
