RN - Supervisor

House SupervisorThis position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to take on the role of House Supervisor. The shift consists of 12 hours starting at 05:30. The nurse will be responsible for supervising nursing care delivered on all units within the organization. They will engage in crisis intervention and participate in code management. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting sentinel events. The nurse will facilitate patient admissions and transfers to a higher level of care. Knowledge of infection control procedures, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety is essential. Interdisciplinary support will include various teams such as IV, physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Effective customer service skills are necessary for ensuring a positive patient experience. Candidates may be required to float between facilities.
